Palmer makes 20th ace
Two-time Shell Houston Open winner Arnold Palmer (1957 & 1966) just recorded his 20th career hole in one. The 82-year-old aced the 163-yard 7th hole with a 5-iron on Bay Hill's Charger Course. Palmer was breaking in a new set of Callaway Razr XF irons for the first time. Palmer, playing in a fivesome, needed the ace to break 80. He shot 79 while playing with Bay Hill regulars Dick Ferris, Bill Damron, Bruce Walkers and Will Carey.
