Volunteer Questions & Answers

• Is there an age requirement?
  Volunteers must all be at least 21 years of age
  
  
• Do  I have to buy a uniform?
  All volunteers are required to purchase a basic uniform package for $75. It will be shipped to you. Your uniform identifies you as a volunteer and entitles you to ride the shuttle bus free of charge as well as enter the Volunteer Oasis Tent for food & beverage.
  
  
• What if something I ordered doesn't fit?
  If something isn't right, contact the HGA office immediately. Please leave tags in place when you try on the garment. Volunteers can stop by the HGA office, 5810 Wilson Road, Suite 112 on Saturday, March 22 from noon-4 PM to exchange items or pick up optional items they may have ordered that had not been shipped earlier.
  
  
• Where can I get something to eat while working the tournament?
  Food & beverage will be available in the Volunteer Headquarters Tent on golfer's right of hole No. 18. To be served you must be in uniform.
  
  
• Do I have to wear a credential?
  All volunteers are expected to wear their credential at all times while at the tournament.
  
  
• Where do I park?
  Volunteer parking is on site from Monday through Wednesday and from Thursday through Sunday at Humble Civic Center or the Parking Cents Lot at Bush Airport. Since space is limited at the Civic Center, only volunteers who are working should park there. Being in uniform entitles you to free shuttle transportation. Shuttle bus service begins at 5:30 AM on Thursday.
  
  
• Do I get any tournament tickets?
  Volunteers receive four (4) Good-Any-Day Champions Pavilion Coupons valued at $160. Your volunteer credential is also good for admission the entire week.
