The Shell Houston Open is the PGA TOUR's 10th oldest tournament and is conducted by the Houston Golf Association. HGA has been brining big time golf to the Greater Houston Area since 1946. Please review the information on the Spectator Policies link for more detailed information.
How do I buy a ticket? Individual tickets, or packages of tickets, may be purchased with a major credit card on-line by clicking this ClicknPrint link. Now you can actually use your printer to make a coupon to be presented at the gate. Tickets may also be purchased at the gate or at the Houston Golf Association office, 5810 Wilson Road, Suite 112, Humble, TX 77396. Tickets/Credentials should be worn at all times on the property. SPECIAL NOTE:A limited number of on-site parking passes are available for $25 per day through ClicknPrint.
Where can I leave tickets or parking passes for guests? Tickets may be left at either The Fall Creek Community Center (satellite Will Call) at the corner of Mesa Drive and Fall Creek Bend or at the Main Gate Will Call building. Tickets and Parking passes should be left at The Fall Creek Community Center because guests need the parking pass to enter the Sponsor Parking Area. Hours of operation are 7:30 AM-5:30 PM Tuesday (March 31) through Sunday (April 5).
Where do I park? Thursday through Sunday of tournament week general parking is available at the Parking Cents Lot at Bush Airport where air-conditioned shuttle buses are in service. Cost for a roundtrip is $5 per person. If you have an on-site Red Lot pass you may park in the lot adjacent to the Tournament Course at Redstone Golf Club. You will enter on Wilson Road and be directed to the Red Lot Parking Area. On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of tournament week anyone may park on site. SPECIAL NOTE:A limited number of on-site parking passes are available for $25 per day through ClicknPrint.
Do kids need a ticket? Youngsters 13-and-under are admitted free of charge to the grounds when accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. Limit of three youngsters per adult. Youngsters may also ride the shuttle free of charge when accompanied by an adult.
Are there places where the public can sit and watch golf? Houston Golf Association will construct 15 open-to-the-public grandstands, five on the driving range and 10 on the Tournament Course.
How can I find my favorite golfer? Electronic scoreboards are located throughout the Tournament Course. You can obtain a list of tee times and player groupings with a complimentary Spectator Guide. The Spectator Guide also has a map to help you find restroom facilities and concession stands.
Where are the ATMs located? ATMs are available at the Information Tent inside the front gate and also at the halfway house behind No. 17 green.
Should I wear golf shoes? Comfortable tennis or athletic-style shoes would be the best choice if you intend to follow competitors around the course. Spiked shoes are not permitted.
